Autozone calls it "renting" but you actually pay full price for the tool then return it. It is part of the deal and is not the same as the "walmart weekend xbox" loaner program.

+1 on the autozone. You pay full price for the tool but you can take it back after you are done. Not quite "renting" but that is how they do it. Even better because in the end it does not cost you anything to use it. Which pulleys are going to need to be pressed on?
