Good point. A buddy of mine is using it on his brand new truck and he recommended it. I have some Meguiar's detailing spray I use but it's water-based if I go through the car wash it comes off. The trim I have seems to show some wierd smearing and whatnot. I do see graying (have had it for 6.5...
(Edited/updated): Is this the product (Cerakote Ceramic Trim Coat Kit) to get for doing the exterior black plastic trim? Buddy likes it but thought I'd check in here with other CX-5 owners.
I swung into Uhaul this past Friday as it's pretty convenient. Happened to talk to the manager. Turns out he was going to take a quick break but said he could get right on my install if I was interested. They were pretty busy at the counter that day. He mentioned he had done an install on a CX-5...
Ya, I noticed they were offering another option (other than Curt) when looking at Uhaul.com. Guess I could pick up some flat black spray paint and repaint the exposed part. The bummer is I don't have a good setup at all to do it at home.
Looks like having the Curt hitch at Uhaul is the way to go. I'm looking to use a 2 x bike rack to plugin. Was curious if there is anything new compared to what I found here doing research. I did see something about a stabilizer strap or similar when using a bike rack tho'. Just want to take the...
Got me thinking as it's been a couple of years. The one near me I was able to go to the tire center (outside entrance) and buy the battery and take the old one back. So almost no waiting. Not the same at every Costco though I know.
Curious...if you had used 0w20 and noticed any difference. In Denver myself. The dealership recommended 0w20 so have just stuck with it. Sounds like the biggest difference may be the engine is quieter.
You can pull it. I have a 2016.5 GT and if I pull the nav card the nav function defaults to a (non-working) compass. I've read several times where people have pulled the nav card to improve performance. I always use Google Maps via AA. I should be pulling my card. Ha...
hmm...my local Mazda dealership has always used the 0W-20. Is the only advantage to reduce the engine noise. Always thought this thing was noisier than what I was used to but have pretty much become used to it. 2016.5 GT.
I don't think you can anymore. Used to be available online. But I thought Mazda requested it to be taken down. They used to be available at a link on HiDrive.
