It means WITHOUT cruise control and WITH cruise control. The "auto" thing is a translation thing and has nothing to do with radar cruise control. The radar device has nothing to do with the steering wheel paddle shift conversion.
Fahrenheit has a 2016 CX5 with I-Activsens & tech (therefore auto cruise control) and he used these parts:
D10J-V7-480 (Steering wheel rear cover, w/paddle shift)
K015-V7-481 (Wire harness, clock spring to start/stop unit)
BHT1-66-3P0 (Paddle switch)
BNK8-66-4M2 (Wire harness, w/cruise control...
Is there a difference if one has the iActivsense option?
There is confusion about this whether or not a different part is required if you have iActivsense.
Zaino makes a product that can be used on vinyl/leather that is a cleaner and conditioner. It has a slight raw leather smell that I think adds to the "ambiance" of the interior but that's up to each person.
Even with vinyl, it should be treated to prevent UV damage and cracking. You can also...
It is the same parts as Fahrenheit posted except you have the "Paddle Shift Kit" which bundles some of the parts together.
2016 MAZDA CX5: (individual parts)
D10J-V7-480 (Steering wheel rear cover, w/paddle shift)
K015-V7-481 (Wire harness, clock spring to start/stop unit)
BHT1-66-3P0 (Paddle...
When going through JapanParts.com do you have to email them directly to get the order placed? They don't have the above parts listed online.
Also, do you have to request TWO of the BHT1-66-3P0 (Paddle switch)?
Just ignore MikeM. I don't understand why other Mazda fans have to be antagonistic to other forum members. We can talk and even disagree but why get all nasty?
Back to the topic. So 2016 CX5 has paper speakers while the 2016 Mazda6 and Mazda3 has better speakers? Why would Mazda do that to the...
Now that resolves the issue why the Mazda6 cover didn't work on the 2016 CX5. What the 2016 CX5's require is a CX-3 rear steering wheel cover and NOT a Mazda6 cover.
What we need to complete the puzzle is where and how does the KO15-V7-481 electrical wires attach to?
I would get those bolts covered with grease (lithium or other) ASAP or otherwise replace them
Are you near the coast? If so, salt air will do that to unprotected metal.
Oil change intervals of 10,000 - 15,000 are relatively a new standard introduced into modern vehicles. There already have been issues with sludge build up, varnishing, fuel contamination and other such issues with such long change intervals. A good synthetic oil should last up to 10,000 miles...
No matter how you drive, one should not go over 10,000 miles on an oil change. Experts are starting to see problems on engines at around 70,000 miles when the oil change intervals were done at 12,000-15,000 miles.
High oil change intervals are primarily for emissions/EPA reasons and...
