Just wanted to confirm, these tires are fantastic! Road noise is nil, turning, braking, driving through wet rain feels very sturdy. No complaints. Oh, and the vibrations are reduced significantly.
I too struggled to get the pads into the clips. Had to walk away, maybe why it's easy to get frustrated and get it in bent. Once it goes in it's clear that it's in.
Are you reusing the rotors, new pads?
Did you machine finish or just simple replacement?
Have an Eclipse 3G as a project fun car to dabble in. Used seafoam to clean it out, idle improved tremendously. Overall, that car rides so much nicer with almost 280K kms. I use seafoam on all gas engines around the house...snowblower, lawn mower, leaf blower, trimmer etc.
A full can just before an oil change, most in the engine itself and some in the gas tank.
I just changed my oil with Pennzoil UP and the engine is noticeably quieter and smooth.
Mpg is a bit better but not like before.

I take it you're happy with the results? How hard was it to remove? Any guides on here that was helpful?
