I know you said driver's seat is broke, but do you have the seatbelt receiver with the wire for the chime? And the front passenger fender liner?

Looks like a bulb seating issue to me. Make sure the bulb is properly seated even though you re-locked it back.

The shift knob looks like the OEM one to me. Here are a few pics from 2006 and 2007 MT interior I found via Google:

Probably a good idea to have pics of both headlights to have more interest. And while you're taking more pics, you might as well add the proper signage to sell on these forums ;) See link below for more info...
