All your symptoms are pointing to a clog in the coolant system, if ther was that stop leak stuff in the previous owners coolant system, it may finally clogged it all aup completely. If it is blowing cold air it is def. not circulating to the heater core. Investigate the flow in the radiator...

There is probably a flow problem in the coolant system, are the coolant hoses both hot?

I have one on mine, and it works pretty well. My stock BPV was leaking so I noticed a big improvement. How do you go about tuning it? i bought ine used and just installed it.
