The underside of your Mazda 2 is nice. The one on the B-Spec car has seen some better days with less off-roading and wrecks, lol

I had one of the weld on tabs on the manifold for the heat shield break off which makes a nice rattle at 7k. Makes for a great audible shift warning. Derrick

I would say expected to break the panel or all of the clips. I have had to replace fenders several times in the past and I break them everytime. Derrick

I don't remember seeing an adjustment screw when we replaced the rack in the 2 after the wreck at MRLS. If there is one they are hiding it. -Derrick

I re-installed the wire in transponder which I had smashed up at Mazda Raceway last year. Got it repaired and saved ~$400 instead of buying a new one.

We pulled #1 and didn't find anything that was screaming failure. Everything just looked a bit worn. I was hoping to get something to point out and say that is the problem there. -Derrick

I got to pull the engine out of the 2 last night as I am down 14% between cylinder #1 and #3 and #4. #2 is somewhere in the middle. Not too bad for ~18000 miles which over half were at the track. The cylinder walls look pretty worn and I will pull the #1 piston this weekend to see what the...
