Took my 2002.5 P5 into Sentry West Mazda in Shrewsbury last week. I had gone through 2 sets of rear brake pads in 34,000 miles, while my front pads and rotors look basically new still. I thought there might be a problem, since that seems pretty strange to me, even if there is a slight rear bias...
No, Iraq never said they didn't have them. They were parts from the Al-Salmoud II rockets which Iraq always claimed they had. The UN (and the US) knew about them before the war and ordered Iraq to start destroying them. Obviously they didn't destroy all of them, since some of the parts ended up...
OK, there are exceptions I suppose. Part of the problem is I worked at a BMW dealership for a couple years, so I ran into a lot of "winners".
I have tons of respect for the car itself. No doubt it's an awesome car. My problem is that
1) Every M3 driver I've ever encountered will talk...
Incorrect. I give you the BMW M3. Drivers are universally douche bags. Without exception.
Side note: I had to work with some engineers from Microsoft a couple years ago. There was one guy they kept calling "M3". I asked if that was his initials or something, and they said no. He LEGALLY...
I know what you mean actually. When I first saw the concept pictures last year, I was hoping it was going to be HUGE, like the old-school wagons you could put a sheet of plywood in. Obviously that's not the case, but I'd still take the Magnum over any other wagon or SUV.
The Dodge Magnum is basically a Chrysler 300 wagon. It is MUCH bigger than a P5 or a Mazda3. It's bigger than a Mazda6 wagon.
I did find that I saw one in a dark red and was like "Eh, it's OK". But then I saw a black one and thought it' looked kick-ass.
I would start with Angels and Demons. I think it's better than Da Vinci Code, and it comes before Da Vinci Code so you get to know the characters better that way. Digital Fortress and Deception Point are not nearly as good, but still decent.
If you like action books, I would recommend Matthew...
I don't think anyone's hiding over it. Someone there has sarin. Of course. I don't think there is a single person that thinks there isn't SOME biological and chemical weapons in Iraq. We KNOW they had it - they got it from us. The fact that one shell had some sarin in it just isn't newsworthy...
Working for a consulting company is a great way to make a lot of dough, if you stick with it. They will work you 60-80 hour weeks no problem. BUT, if you hang around long enough you move up VERY quickly.
My first job out of school (with a CS degree) I made $26.5k. 12 years later I make around...
Also remember that what you make it all relative to where you live. If you make $75k in San Franciso, you are basically poverty level (OK, not really). If you make $75k in Podunk, Tennessee you are rich. So don't get too hung up on how much you make - look at the cost of living.
Try and find some consulting/contract jobs if you can. You will get paid more, and it gives you a chance to try some different things and get experience in different areas quickly.
Also, take a look on Monster.com or other job site, and look for listings for jobs where people are making big...
