if you're in a hotter climate like I assume Panama is, you want a thicker oil anyway and 5w-30 will be fine. That's probably why they don't really sell 5w-20 down there. Oil thins as it heats up, so a thicker viscosity such as 30 weight will be fine.

Couldn't agree more with this statement. The 3 best sounding exhausts on the 3 period. And I've heard every brand in person too. Magnaflow and corksport are deeper toned, the vibrant is more midrange with zero drone. I know magnaflow and vibrant make their own mufflers, not sure what corksport...

so what were your before and after fuel trims? If you ran a larger TB, intake and cams on a stock tune, I could see that exceeding the +20% LTFT that the computer is capable of adding to the MAF reading.

2007 2.3 with intake/throttle body/exhaust/header/intake manifold/hypertech and I get 29 mpg mixed. I closed my spark plugs to .046 (factory spec is .050 to .053) and gained some mpg's.

Hm. I wouldn't think it's the EGR valve unless it's somehow stuck open. Have you checked the fuses? I had a CEL for an oxygen sensor once and it ended up being a blown fuse.

More engine movement = less noise and vibration. So by getting stiffer mounts, you're just going to transfer more noise and vibration into the chassis and make more things rattle.
