As long as the second o2 sensor is before the second cat you'll shouldn't have any issues. If the motor is like the V6 in the Fusion you'll still want to keep a reasonable amount of back pressure. You're not going to want to burn a valve.
I agree the first few versions of the turbo are junk. you can usually find out what is the current version from the local dealership. Last I heard though is that there are 7 total versions. All the same part number but with a letter addition. I know when I did mine it was version F.
Yeah they will and make sure you step down a size on the profile. You can also step up to a 235 and just clear.
A good rule of thumb for this is for every 10 millimeters wider you want to go 5% smaller on the profile. for example 215/55/R18 on size bigger would be 225/50/R18, and 2 sizes bigger...
It depends on the tread wear. The Speed 6 is common to see more wear on e outside shoulder on both front tires due to the limited slip. But if you rotate tires often it keeps it all even and happy. If it's just one of the fro tires take it somewhere that does good work, and have them thoroughly...
More Problems
06 MS6
MS CAI, test pipe, Maganflow Mufflers, CP-E Diff Mount (New today).
Well lets chalk up another axle for me, and that in turn took the diff mount with it.
New Parts!!!
I finally got the last part i need to get this all back together.
For all those that think it's a pain to do the mounts it's really not that bad at all. Especially once you get the exhaust out of the way. PB blaster is once of my best friends LOL.
I got a pic what it looks...
The only issue I've had is breaking the bolts off the front mount, but went overboard with some Grade 8 bolts vs the stock grade 5. The grinding noise could be the driveline rubbing up against the heat shield for the gas tank. Not to mention if you're having a problem with that front mount...
It might be for heat to keep the cover from deforming from engine/ trans heat. If I were you I'd pick one up from the local junk yard to save yourself a few bucks.
It could be several...
It could be several things going on inside the trans. You can try changing the fluid, and it might help.
As long as the trans isn't making any abnormal noise i wouldn't sweat it too bad until you have a good reason to drop the trans out, and go through it. I.E. doing a...
Test pipes
Both the the SU, and the SLS are both comparable in quality. IT all boils down to stainless steal or aluminumed steel. It doesn't really matter I've been running the SLS test pipe with no problems at all. They both fit about the same. I've intalled both, and have no issues.
If you...
I'd agree check the axles
Now that I think about it I was getting a little vibration before I blew up my first axle. I blew my second axle a few weeks ago, and it's something that has been more a pain this time around.
I've also been doing some research on this. Because of the way the rear...
