I've never even heard of these before. I assume you are talking about engine/tranny mounts? Where did you see them? You might want to look @ James Barone Racing as well. I have their cast tranny mount and can recommend using it.

I would guess so too!! As for the car not taking fuel: Is it possible it was in an accident and that the RR quarter panel was involved? There is an overflow/vent tube that allows air in the tank to escape (and be recycled into the tank) as fuel is being pumped in. If that is restricted, crushed...
