I can only imagine a set of RPF1's in 19x10 +22 concave face to look decent (given the fact that the CX-5 needs a large diameter wheel to look the part). However, 10" width and +22 would probably poke quite a lot.
I have a spare set of RX-8 wheels. I don't think they're light by any means. My 18x9.5 Enkei RPF-1's feel like feathers compared to the 18x8 RX-8 stockers, and equally as strong if not stronger. My CX-5 19x7 stockers are heavy weights as well. It's as if they cast them with freakin' lead.
Still trying to find the circuit to tap into that allows the footwell lighting to turn on ONLY when the interior lights are on (via control of the vehicle lights). Any ideas?
Just received my iPhone 7 running iOS 10.1.1 today and tried plugging it into USB of my 2013 CX-5 as I usually do with my iPhone 6s (running iOS 10.1.1 as well). Had no luck and kept showing "iPOD ERROR" on the headunit. Tried restarting botht he phone and hard resetting the headunit resulting...
Not too sure about the front bumper, but everything else flows nice. Quite jealous of 2017 buyers with the new interior in comparison to the current drab black dash.
Pull it out gently. You can do it with your fingers starting from the right right end as mentioned above.
I did it in 3M 1080 Brushed Aluminum. Dash trim is easy to do with a heat gun, but the 2013 center console shifter trim is a pain.
No, you're not crazy. I have noticed it with every CUV/SUV I have owned. The reason is the fact that (most OEM) factory spring rates and shock dampening is designed to accommodate additional load for optimum ride quality. Applying a slight load puts it into the prime of its operating range. Keep...
No issues as I specifically chose the type of LED bulbs with the right dimensions (closest to an incandescent 194/T10) and diodes for adequate lighting.
Granted the "AC" mode is active, it doesn't necessarily mean it is engaged (unless in defrost mode at certain temperatures). Pressing the AC mode to deactivate it will also result in the mode to be overridden- the AC will be off at all temperatures meanwhile the fan speed and vent direction is...
Must be the Black Plague. I also have a Black Mica and got sideswiped twice. First was a hit and run that I woke up to. Second was a taxi not paying attention and merged into me. First cost the insurance around $5000 to replace the front passenger door and blend the passenger side. Second cost...
Good luck getting any decent light output from eBay off-brand aftermarket headlights... (Unless you retrofit them). I assure you, the OEM halogen projectors will outperform them BY FAR.
Since you have AFS, I assume you have the tech pack with HID bi-xenons which perform flawlessly right out of the box. What more do you want with "aftermarket" headlights?
