Agreed. But I'm counting on them failing in the straight ahead direction. Could be wishful thinking. My CX-5 has AFS and auto-leveling. Double trouble? I doubt the auto-leveling functions very often.
That is precisely why I leased my 17, figuring something compelling would come along to make me want to upgrade. So far, I haven't seen anything like that. The 17 has everything... except more power and a good 360 camera. At this point, it looks like I may be buying out my lease next year...
Do you have a reference for that? It seems to me that Mazda doesn't take that into account, and that's why the warnings are often inappropriate.
For example, when you have passed a car and are returning to the right lane, the system doesn't realize that you are pulling away from the target...
It's seems interesting that new cars [and everything else] are put together with lots of tape and glue these days. But there's no doubt they can be adequate adhesives. Progress.
Cycle through the info button on the wheel and see if one doesn't come up on the instrument panel. I think you have to be moving for it to give a reading.
Here's how I do it:
Settings > General settings
Manage Files
Choose File
Upload [don't worry about "into folder", unless you want to use them]
After picture is uploaded , click the blue hyperlink [under your uploaded files]
The attached file (picture) should open in a new window
Copy the url...
three questions for anyone:
how would an owner know if it was rebuilt or new, other than the dealer's statement?
is there some warranty requirement that a replacement engine be new?
how would an owner be able to compel Mazda to supply new rather than rebuilt?
