The OEM Toyo Tires are bad for snow driving. It's as simple as that. Mazda didn't put the BEST tires on the CX5 AWD. Swap them out and put on some good snow tires. The Continental's are way better in the snow and cost less than the Toyo's.

Depends on if you got the time and know-how. For me I had the Mazda port do it once it got off the barge in L.A. For me it's not worth the $100 in savings to do it on my own. I would rather have the trained port installers do it and have it covered under warranty.

Preventative maintenance works best. Apply UV waxes to the headlights every few months, takes 5 minutes but will protect and prevent UV damage. Once damaged it requires sanding & polishing the lens with a high speed wheel to repair it.

I just ordered a set of Aries mats. Hopefully they fit and work well. It showed 2014 CX5 but I guess they are the same for a 2016.
