I wonder if the wiring is daisy chained, so that a failure in one actuator would cascade to the others. Or if feedback from one failing causes the control circuit to cut out.
I think almost everyone does. They were the best looking DRLs. The current ones are embarrassingly bright and headlight-ish. DRLs are important, but they shouldn't blind oncoming drivers like these do. I wouldn't mind them if the headlight portion was about 2/3 of the current intensity.
No data, just thoughts.
1- Driver is less likely to hammer it as much with 87? Or to put it another way, a driver who doesn't care about that extra power will be a more sedate driver in general.
2- I have heard that lower octane fuel contain slightly, that is SLIGHTLY, less energy content due...
I haven't done the calc, but I'm agreeing with you in principle. But while the limit approaches zero, it never quite gets there. Not that it matters in any practical sense.
Once you've put that dirty old 87 in there, you'll never get back to pure hi test. It'll just keep getting more and more diluted, but not be totally gone.
But I agree, by 6 fill ups, you'll be close enough for government work.
Maybe I missed it, but I don't think anyone has mentioned that the miles remaining changes from tank to tank if your average mileage for the current tank varies.
I filled up today, and it told me I had 291 miles remaining on the new tank, because I averaged about 20 on the last tank. I...
The thing is "In the year 1960, the average retail price of gas in the U.S. was $0.31. This is equivalent to $2.65 in 2019 dollars." It's a lot cheaper now, since we get so much better mileage-- who woulda thunk. But maybe fun is more fun when you're young .
Love to see you say "ethyl". When...
Mine is the opposite. If the engine is running and I leave the vehicle with the fob in my pocket and shut the door I get the rapid beeps. I avoid the beeping by leaving the door just slightly ajar.
The best thing to do anytime you leave the car is to turn the engine off. The last claim I...
