i work at a dealership, and my advice would be to wait. production should begin in january and hopefully be delivered around march. this new package has everything you want and then some, for a price that won't really change.
if your wife can wait a few months, i would. the mid year product enhancement that has been talked about for the speed3 color change is also introducing a 3i value package. it will include fog lights, sab/sac, 17 inch wheels and few other goodies. its posted here in the lounge area, can't miss...
it is 100% true. i work at a dealership. tell him to log onto MX connect, go to sales new, look in the lower left for product information. mid year product enhancement for the 3 will be at the top.
SEXY! not only do i love white pearl, but a big reason i wanted white to begin with was to put some gold wheels on it. where can i find some nice 19 inch gold wheels?
well i work at a dealership and i am on the mazda dealer site as we speak trying to verify the earlier post. i have not found anything yet, but i will let you know when i do.
also, referring to the destination fee. ours was 595 but it has recently gone up to 635 i think. there are some advertising fees built into the invoice, but only in certain markets.
well i haven't seen anyone else post a link about the DG speed3 so here ya go.

from edmunds:
"General Motors is in the business of building thousands of vehicles every day. But when it comes to building just two of a type, well, that's not GM's gig. That's where Saleen Specialty Vehicles comes in. Yeah, it's that Saleen: the company that made its bones building...
as beautiful as that camaro was, i like barricade the best. that saleen was bad ass. the black 20 inch wheels and "to punish and enslave" on the side. that was hot! and for those who didn't know, saleen actually built that camaro for the movie.
i work at a dealership in north carolina, since early spring, we have had 15 to 17 mazda3's vandalized. there is a car wash next to the dealership and it looked like they just threw chunks of asphalt and cement over the small fence. all of them had busted rear windows and a lot had large dent...
i am going to add one more to the tranny speculation. i believe i read late last year that it was a reworked version of the regular 3 with an extra gear put in. regardless of the slight power loss, i would personally love AWD. i emailed them to find out where the components came from. hopefully...

i just posted this a short time ago. why not contact the company to see what they did. i am curious to also know how much work would have to be done.
So I just read that DG Motorsports will be showing an All Wheel Drive Mazdaspeed3 at the upcoming SEMA show. 2 questions. How does everyone else feel about an AWD Speed3? I also wonder what it would cost to turn one into AWD?
oh i 100% agree and i wouldnt run anything but 93 in my speed3, but it is a wonderful new selling point. i am curious to know exactly what they did to the 2008. any ideas?
