somthing similar happened to me, except my afc made my car run crazy rich at idle/all the ******* time. something with the voltages was wrong.
does it at least work when in boost? because if so a pressure switch to enable the afc (in boost) could be rigged.
the first and last pic are nice, no offense but the light kinda seems off in the others. that being said, I'm sure you did better than I could ever do. (thumb)
I have the same ones (pink Sti), under no circumstance should you have to add fuel after changing over to wrx 440s. especially on your application (1.8 N/A).
therefore the problem is either mechanical (injectors) or electrical (engine management)
honestly, I dont think any of us can "judge" this guy or any other MS3 driver for doing 100+. we can judge the conditions it was done in (rain, traffic, street etc.) but not the act of speeding itself.
yes its dangerous and many of us know better. HOWEVER, the car was advertised in serval...
its good to know mazda hasn't dropped the ball on extremely conservatively tuned ECUs. I was worried you new speed3 guys where gonna be breaking MSP records left and right.
fuel cut & bumper blackening Air/Fuels, welcome to the Mazdaspeed family!
