Just noticed my emblem is peeling on my steering wheel. Guess I will peel the rest off. Does anyone know how to remove the emblem. I would like to take it off and paint it black. I don't like the silver away. When the sun hits it I get a glare.
I find the cc on the CX-5 to work very well. It works exactly the same as my old 626. Other cars I have driven have lost more than 2mph before they react.
But as stated before using cc in hilly areas can kill your mpg. I don't know of any CC out there that will see the hill and react before you...
So either a simple mistake when shipping, or trying to pull on over on people. I am going to try to get $60 back, because I would have paid about $20 for a 5 quart bottle at a local store. Otherwise I can mail back at their expense what I have left. Which would not make sense.
I ordered some Mazda moly oil from Amazon and changed my oil yesterday. But I don't think this oil is Mazda Moly. I ordered 0000-G5-0w20-MT. But in small print and the bottom of the bottle is 0000-G5-0w20-QT. I am thinking the M in MT means Moly. And since I see I can get a bottle of the QT...
Better is a relative term. I can see why everything you listed will make the 2017 CX-5 a better car for most people. But for me to be better it would have to be more fun to drive, and get better mileage. I have not driven the the new CX-5, but without having a manual transmission it just would...
I just moved from San Antonio to Portland, Oregon. I documented all my miles and gas used. Before leaving I did a quick trip to Houston and back, with a fairly empty car and got over 40 mpg. But leaving San Antonio, there was two of us and a packed full CX-5. There was no more space to spare...
This might possibly be my last car because I am in my early 50's. And since I kept my last mazda 25 years, doing the math that puts me in my late 70's.
The only reason I see for replacing this one is if it gets into an accident. Another reason for not wanting a new car is no more manual...
I bought the Coverking front bucket seat covers (spacer Mesh). It took a long time to get installed, especially the bottom cushion cover. They fit nice and tight. The problem is when I took them off for cleaning, they were doing far more damage than good. It is a mesh, and let dust and dirt...
Thats a question I have since I have the four speaker layout. Looks like metra finally has the speaker wiring harness out, so no factory wire splicing would be required. I would call crutchfield if nobody answers here.
2013 CX-5
1. The manual transmission. (shifts better than anything else I have driven )
2. Steering,, very quick to turn.
3. Suspension. Perfect for handling without being harsh.
4. MPG... 2.0 with manual. I am averaging 34mpg of mixed driving.
5. Reliability.
6. Not fast, but still more...
A difference you will find with cars with brake pads as parking brakes is, you will have to turn the piston as you are pushing to retract the piston. You just can't push it in as you would the front brakes or rear brakes on cars with separate brake shoes for parking brakes. So when it comes time...
