My car just started doing the same thing. I am hoping just a cleaning of the sensor and ring, which I will try to get to tomorrow. Does anyone know if the car computer will store a trouble code? and if so, Is Mazda the only place that can pull the code? The parts store says they can only pull...
I've had these seat covers on for about 10 months. I was cleaning my car today and decided to take the seat bottoms off for a good cleaning. I was surprised to see how much dirt was underneath the covers. Not sure if it is doing more harm than protecting. The dirt was imbedded deep into the seat...
The directions are very vague. But after reading a few times I was able to figure out what the directions said. It had pictures of the pads and a shaded part of it with the color to be used. One was for the back of the pad. and the other was for the sliding part ( top and bottom ) of the pad. I...
If you dont want to plug and unplug it every time, I would just go with a small flash drive. It wont be noticeable if just left in. This is the one I am using and works perfect. Although I dont know of a way to go in and find specific songs like the iPad. I can create different folders of music.
Even if Mazda put a lock on the glove box, it would not have stopped them. It would have just been more damage if there was a lock. A locked door did not stop them.
If the key fob battery does not work out for you ( also try the other key ). I would check out the TSB that Bcdad182 pointed out. Apparently there is TSB on worn out ignition switches. It talks about switches worn out with the automatic transmission, but its worth a try is all else fails...
I have the 2.0 with a 6 speed manual and could not be happier. I'm over 50 and dont really want to be driving that fast anyway. I do like the gas mileage. I took a trip from Houston to San Antonio a few weeks ago ( 3 hour drive ). I got 46mpg on the way there. I had the windows down on the way...
The bracket can be purchased separately. I've been getting my parts from Newautoparts.com. Its a savings over dealer. I did have this happen with my old 626. I took the caliper off and took it too a machine shop. They gave a few hits with a big hammer and it finally gave. I was lucky it did not...
Mine charges but not as fast as using an adaptor in the in the cigarette lighter. I bought this one from amazon, because its the smallest one I could find. It fits pretty flush but still wont be able to close the flap.

Nobody in my family has one. My mom used to have a 89 323 hatchback that she really liked. But she no longer drives. The first experience in a Mazda was a 1973 RX2. It was my brothers future wife car. It was metallic blue 4 door with white interior. I was only about 11 or 12, and he used to...
This is why I will not pay money to consumer reports. I got 45mpg on a trip to Galveston. Every Mazda I have owned exceeded EPA. When Motorweek tested the the 2013 CX-5 sport, they also exceeded EPA. Its on Youtube. My first mazda was a 1985 GLC. sticker was 38 mpg highway. I got close to 50mpg...
