yeah, everything was labeled and plugged and took alot of pictures.. but it has been 2 years and the marks on the tape have worn and there are just tons of plugs/hoses/wires/sensors/cables.. hard to keep track of.. that and you never know what you need to take pictures of cause you never know...

reweld no, if it were my manifold i would make 1 or 2 bar/flatbar style pieces that go directly from one flange to the other. that way when you shift / when your engine moves.. it doesnt put all the torque on the pipes, youve got more of a solid piece. try to use same thickness material...
forging means putting forged rods and/or forged pistons ((either can be aluminum or titanium or whatever depending on how much $$ you want to pay)) in place of the stock cast steel ones.
Bonus of this engine is that the stock crank is already forged :D
