You might need some new calipers. There were some service bulletins regarding problems with the rear calipers.

Service mode is very important when replacing the rear pads. Apparently pretty tricky considering how many people end screwing up the calipers when they fail to do the procedure properly.
Ask your mechanic for a scan tool that can display live MPH from the ECU. If the ECU sees speed but the cluster doesn’t, it’s a cluster issue. If no speed shows at all, it’s VSS or wiring.

On this last video it sounds like the noise starts right along with the motor as it intially starts up, rather than after it gets up to speed. I wonder if there is something lodged in it that you can't see. I guess it could also be a frayed or loose winding inside the motor, or something wrong...
There are those that have found their AWD differential or transfer case was underfilled at the factory and they added more fluid when they did a fluid exchange.
