The fs6 is probably an earlier version casting.
the fs9 stamping is reference to the last major engine redesign/update done to the fsde. I believe the update included, larger ports, solid lifters, camshaft changes and a few other things. I can't remember exactly but there is a thread on here...
well it is what it is...
when i first put it together i used a universal ebay WGA and bent it and cut. which was a waste of time b/c it broke. In the end i bought that one and i didnt have to make any modifications at all, I should of gotten the right one from the start...

No don't attempt to smooth them out you'll probably end up causing more harm than good. It's recommend to always check the clearance is within spec. If all the flat gray coating is missing from the bearing or if it has scaring i'd also be concerned about the condition of journals as well
There is not specific harness for our cars .
The short flying lead will work fine but make sure you have plenty of extra wire and you build or buy a fuse block kit to power it.
I installed the sprint 500 in my car and it's my daily. Look in my signature for more info. Feel free to pm as well.
its very simple, it just power straight from the battery that is switched on by a relay.
you can make one or buy one pre-made. i got one thats made by painless, its 3X 10A fuse block. i use it for my wideband, haltech, and to switch the alternator on.
if you look at my haltech installation...
youll need to get the head service... Any engine thats been over heated to the point of failure will need to be serviced and inspected by a reputable machine shop. Also check the deck surface just incase.
Just a suggestion change the wiring so both fans kick in at the same time. Its a simple...

If you do your own mechanical work, you can get a used engine in there relatively inexpensively. The thing is if you don't want something like this to happen again its best to build the...
Im going to ask my friend to call around an try to find everything. used already in the correct color.
Yes it was my fault and i only have liability
Way a head of you. I went this morning to pick-a-part in Fredericksburg VA and no luck. The crappy thing is i go there on average once a month...
Hi yesterday i got into a small car wreck. Everyone was fine no mechanical damage done to ether car. I don't want to talk about the event it self, but long story short i'm paying out of pocket to fix my car. The car is safe to drive, i drove it back home and it drove like nothing even happen...

naw ive never gone to that meet, i live in sterling. The only meet i attend is the sterling chick-fil-a meet in sterling during the summer.
spark plug gap wont have anything to do with a no crank condition. where you in boost when it shut off or just cruising or idling?
No crank condition is cause only by a few things: faulty starting system (battery, starter, terminals, relay/fuse) and mechanical failure(hydrolocking, seizing...
did you make sure the gap was at 0.030'' to 0.032''?
Running 7 plugs may lead to fouling the spark plugs, probably why they went bad in the first place. But if anything throw some 7 in there and see if the problem goes away...
