    The one in the trunk area is the intake. The exhaust vent for the diff is on the top of diff . I ordered one of these back in 2016 to confirm it was an exhaust only diff valve using some vacuum tests. On the top of rear diff somewhere.. think I located it in the day but can't remember now...

    Probably terminates in similar areas as the ‘13-‘16.5 models. Former member hear with a ‘14 CX-5 IIRC… lost his diff from water intrusion.. TSB was unknown at that time years back.. he thought a water crossing but I think it was from a car wash I change my front transfer and rear diff on 30k...

    Skyactiv Owners - Who is on their Original Belt Tensioner?

    Mine seems fine but replacing my tensioner at 100k miles (~161k km) along with belts, hoses, coolant, and AT fluid/filter replacement.

    Rear differential bushings, jacking point potential for early wear?

    My '13-'15 FSM shows it... I often lift at that spot swapping seasonal tires.

    What have you done to your CX-5 today?

    Ordered some near 100k mile maintenance parts.. not many with free shipping still and local dealers don't seem willing to price match. Nothing wrong with current tensioner but just a matter of time...and making job easy on myself with a little less RTV to scrape on the AT pan. Ordered...
