Has anyone noticed the excessive amount of engine braking or “more than normal” amount of braking when coasting? Some auto transmissions cars that I’ve drove coasting without any engine braking sensation and can keep some of the speed but feels like the CX5 brakes a bit more. If I put the gear...
I haven’t tried yet neither. The car is a lease and I’m not too worried about the chips on the hood as much as I’m worried about the paint on the rear bumper when assholes like playing bumper cars when parallel parking.
Thankfully I’ve haven’t had that many visible or big chips, there are some...
Over the few hot summer weeks (up to 85-90°F) I’ve realized some poor performance out of the engine especially when picking up from a stop or when accelerating to merge on a freeway while the AC is on. This is on a 2019 Touring without the turbo. Feels like the eco mode on my previous Hondas...
There seems to be a really loud rattle when playing music with some bass. Not loud, heavy bass songs, which then would be normal but there seems to be some rattle that is coming from either the rear drivers side or the front drivers side door. I do have the preferred package with the Bose audio...
Thanks for calling this out. I think I’m going to purchase from microfinish.com. Their website says they closely match the factory color and comes with the ground base and the actual color. Hopefully it should make it look a lot better.
thank you, I cannot decide if I should order the pen or a half ounce bottle.
as for the clearcoat, since it is on the bumper and a very small area (the size of a large ant) don’t think it is necessary.
it still bothers me, I may look into getting something that prevents idiots from touching...
Has anyone had any luck finding anything that closely matches the soul red? Some idiot decided to creep close into the rear bumper and scraped the paint off. I understand the paint used on the bumpers are softer so it has some ability to flex but looking for some ideas here to cover this up...
Oh, I can relate to this. There’s times where on a stretch of road, I just have to exchange some MPGs for a quick adrenaline rush. Snowy parking lots included of course.
Has anyone figured out what the optimal cruising MPGs are? It looks like if I’m on a flat road, going somewhere in between 35-50 MPG, the MPG counter will stay in around 40MPG. On the highway, I’m usually at 55mph or 60mph with some upgrades or downgrades along the way, I’ll usually be around...
Here in the northeast its been getting colder and colder lately and have noticed that the blue light for cold engine is on a lot longer than usual. As expected, it does take a lot longer to have warm air coming out the vents as well as high RPMs and limited power when accelerating.
How long do...
Thanks for the replies. At first, I had a nervous thought that something may have failed. Good to hear its normal. I may look into purchase one of those windshield covers, but I do park the car outside on the street and not sure if anyone interested might take it for themselves.
This morning and almost every morning in the fall, winter or spring, frost or condensation forms on all the glass. As usual, I throw the defroster on and it usually takes care of everything within a few minutes and Im ready to drive. This morning, however, the car threw these errors (attaches...
Has anyone noticed a decrease in MPG after returning the tires to the correct PSI? Im at 39 all around and debating if I should bring em down to 36. It rides quite well and doesn'tseem to be bad when going over bumps.
