the vibration over 65 should be caused by wheel & tire balance. if you haven't rotated your tires yet make sure to have them balanced when you have it done (at every oil change!) our suspension is very sensitive so even minor out of balance problems will cause vibration! guruuu!!!

I would recommend against changing the housing all together and just use hyper white or yellow bulbs. unless you're going to upgrade to Piaa or something along those lines! they are pretty easy to change!
