I get those fasteners and clipsandfasteners.com. They're about $3.00 each from the dealer. I got a box of 25 for around $11.00. The same fastener is used in multiple places. They have drawings of each fastener.

Wetted with light spray from hose, then sprayed with Adam's APC, used lugnut brush to agitate dirt, then rinsed. Used air gun to dry. On cold engine with alternator covered with plastic bag. Low pressure water only. Then dressed interior vinyl and rubber.

I inquired about a hitch. My dealer referred me to a local U-Haul. He says they don't install hitches at the dealer.

Washed, clayed, sealed. Then (should have done this first) cleaned engine bay and dressed rubber and vinyl/plastic pieces. She is almost too clean to drive.

The only Adam's product, so far, that I wasn't pleased with, was the Iron Remover. The Ceramic Spray Coating works well for me. I haven't done any severe tests after applying it, but I have washed a few times and it is holding up. Perhaps in a different climate the coating performs differently.

I've had fantastic results using products from Adam's Polishes. Car Wash, Clay Bar, H2O Guard and Gloss, Detail Spray, Waterless Wash, Buttery Wax, etc. Products for all parts of the car. Many are pH neutral, all made in USA. They cost more than the other guys, but you get what you pay for.

I've done quite a bit of machine polishing and am curious as to how anyone could screw-up that badly. Glad you got your situation rectified. I wonder how that car is going to look after they get it "fixed".

I was on cruise at 100 mph for a few minutes in Utah. Plenty of pedal left, but wife was in the car. Handled very nicely.
