Update
Hello,
The past few months are usually our busiest season due to preparation for the SEMA convention and product design for the Car & Driver Super Car Challenge. Many of you may not know it, but we developed and supplied parts for the two first place winners: Hennessy Twin Turbo Viper...
Thanks for the referals, we've also sent anyone inquiring on steel pipes your way.
As long as the demensions of the intercoolers are the "same" as the OEM core, there won't be a problem. However, if anyone used a thicker core, this is where things begin to unalign. So far, we believe that the...
If we were to make a FMIC, it would have it's own piping.
At this time, I can not give any information on our next product line.
However, there isn't anything as simple, yet innovative as our products that we are developing for anyone that has upgraded to a FMIC.
Stay tuned....

FYI,
We are advising anyone purchasing "any" SMIC to consider if they are purchasing hardpipes now or in the near future. With all the different specifications/demensions of each SMIC, we have found that all of them may/may not accept different hardpipe kits, even if they are "near/close" to...
Turbohoses SMIC
Hello,
We are almost complete with ALL of our production.
Distribution will begin middle/end of next week.
Note:
Due to the overall design of our IC, we have made adjustments in one area to accomodate the Turbohoses Aluminum Hardpipe kit with a smoother geometry.
Due to a...
Actually, we haven't reposted the latest proto-type and information regarding the bolt for the fan. We have only notified our distributors that we are making a version that fits the factory bolt.

It's very difficult to be in a position like ours and our competitors. We want to provide service and technical advise to our customers, but we want/try to avoid divulging any information that our competitors can access. As you already know, we provided much more information and service than...
Unfortunately, I am unable to provide any additional information at this point. The data that we've provided exceeds what most companies will provide. Once the information is warranted, we will gladly give additonal information where it is deemed necessary.
We were obviously not the first...
You are more than welcome to stop by our shop in San Ramon.
Give us a call and let us know when you'd like to stop by.
In a few weeks, we will be moving our warehouse and fabrication dept. to our new 6000 sq. ft. facility in Livermore.
We look forward to meeting you.

When we first started this project, there weren't many options for a SMIC. However, since we've done much if not all of the R&D, most companies will "try" to use our information to aid in their own products. As we expected, more companies have decided that there is a market for the SMIC since...
This question is best suited for a company that has done comparisons from OEM to an FMIC.
However, there are many factors that contribute to heat soak. The design of the system, material, size of the piping, boost pressure , ambient temperature etc... will all affect intake temperatures.
A...
Our pipes our more expensive.
We have not seen any of our competitors piping, so it is impossible for us to comment on fitament and/or quality.
We MFG. parts for many of the larger well know aftermarket companies. Our company is ISO9000 compliant, which bascially means that we meet a standard...
Unfortunately, this is information that I can not supply you. Our products, design, materials, engineering etc... are all proprietory information. However, the gauge of the metal is fairly thin, hopefully that helps.
We do not use aftermarket temp. gauges as they are sometimes not consistant...
All we can do is post data and information necessary to validate the products that we design. Some times they work, some times they don't, but either way we will post our results so that the end user can know the benefit of each product.
We hope that this information helps all of the MSP...
Our pricing for aluminum is considerably higher than steel. Steel is the cheapest metal to use and purchase here. In the past few months the costs of metal sky rocketed due to our metals being exported to China. This affected our ability to keep pricing where we initially anticipated. Our...
Although our testing is just about complete, we are still trying to make that one bolt work without an additional charge. I can not say if we can do it, but we are trying.

Unfortunately, we only sell the piping one way. All of these are done in bulk.
Also, I noticed another thread where you stated that aluminum is cheaper than steel. Possibly in some cases, but not this one. This is aircraft quality aluminum which is considerably more expensive in raw material...
