I actually knew a kid that owned this car for real, except he was the 19 year old kid of a Venezuelan big-shot government official... a diplomat to boot. He also had body gaurds. That kids family had more money than God.
The baja is one of those vehicles I never understood. It's got an open bed in the back, but you could likely fit just as much in a hatch without worrying about the weather and cargo restraints. Plus it's got a small engine right? So it's not as if you could haul anything of weight safely.
I think in the next 5 years (definately in the next ten) we'll see the SUV outmoded completely and replaced by sedans once again. One can only hope-- no offense to CX-7 and CX-9 owners. How long did the mini-van trend last?
I actually think the stock Racing Harts on the MSP are perfect for it. Aside for a legitimate swap-out for a lighter-weight wheel or different tires, I don't know why anyone would change them out.
+1. More than likely you'll have to buy the entire harness at the dealer. Bite the bullet and pay their ridiculous prices. When you're dealing with harnesses, don't go the auto-recycler route.
