Harnesses should really be used in conjunction with a harness bar or be mounted at a higher point. In the event of a front end collision, the low mounting point of the harnesses will compress your spine... and that of course means some serious damage. sure, in autocross it should be fine, but...
some mags have already taken the new EVO and STI out. they say that acceleration is a tad slower b/c of the added weight, BUT, around the track, the cars are definitely faster.
One thing you shouldn't do is go into boost. it shouldn't do any damage to your car, but if you get into boost, you may get some knocking or detonation earlier because of the lower octane.
hard pipes are that... hard pipes. most of them fit about the same anyways, so just go with a trustworthy buyer. i bought my turbohoses and they fit great, never had a problem with them. silicone couplers are nice and thick and the clamps are heavy duty.
