If you have a multimeter check battery voltage at rest then start the car and see what the difference is. With engine running it should read a little higher than 12 volts. The regulator built in the alternator may be failing.
Seat comfort is entirely an opinion. Everyone is different. Personally my butt is too big to get realy comfortable as the bolsters intrude on me. However I've been on long trips and have done ok. Everything else about the car overrides the seat comfort for me.
All Mazda oem parts are made by someone else. Buy aftermarket and don't worry about it. Most products are made by a few companies. Kelly Springfield tires are made by Good Year. I never worry about name brand products only the cheap imitations.
I'm curious to know if there are any high mileage cars that have never had there valves cleaned of carbon and have never had a problem in that realm. Please let me know thank you !
Get a remote start kit and let it warm before going any where. Block heaters are primarily for protecting the block from cracking and getting the oil flowing.
I don't know of any auto that lets you now if a light is out. Every once in a while I back up to something and step on the brakes or turn the lights on and look to see if everything's OK !
Today I was going to lunch and I heard a beep. I looked around and didn't realize that the infotainment changed songs. I was playing from a thumb drive and this was the first tie I experienced this. It didn't change the to the radio but stayed on the thumb drive. The rest of the time n the car...
My TPMS light came on the other morning in my 2019 CX 5 GT when I pulled out of my driveway and started down the street. When I got back home I pulled my trusty pancake compressor out and filled the tires. Since it doesn't indicate which tire is low I topped them all off. I assumed I would have...
My 2019 infotainment system suddenly started changing songs I was playing from a thumb drive I had plugged in. It only lasted @30 seconds but I was surprised. I didn't get a chance to switch to the radio to see if it did it there also. Not too concerning but I was wondering if this has happened...
I recently had a surprising experience. I won't bore anyone with the back story but due to no fault of my own I had to turn my 2019 into a body shop. My insurance supplied me with a rental that turned out to be a Mitsubishi SUV. I didn't care for much about it but the seats were very...
Sounds like a short has developed. Check and see if you cut a wire in the area you were working by mistake. If you have a meter see if there's a short between the positive battery cable and ground.
It would be nice if there was some way of opening all windows with the remote to let heat built up in the car out. Especially these days with the warnings about the heat.
This has probably been beaten to death but I just watched a you tube Mazda explanation of how it works. It occured to me that there was no mention of the injector being turned off. I guess you have to assume that? Also with both valves being closed during that time isn't the engine working...
