turns out it is enabled only in Park there is also a loophole in the programming... the exploit is to put it in Park, access the menus, then you can mess with them even after shifting to Drive (but stopped)

IIRC, it was while sitting in traffic - maybe it is locked out unless in Park?

My CX5 rental will lock the doors when I walk away, but won't unlock when I walk up ... and stand there hopefully... I am not able to get to the sub-menu for Door Lock in the Settings menu (!!) I cannot move to that setting - all I can see is the rain sensing wipers are on and I can't move...

it does not have a turbo - and BTW, I found the spark plugs (after the hood fell on my forearm...)
