Changed out the plugs today, super easy job taking no more that 30 minutes. Just like Orangutan said above. It's very helpful if you have a 5/8 spark plug socket with the rubber insert to hold the plug while you lower it into the hole.
Original plugs still look pretty good even after 92k, amazing!

I would change ATF no later than 30k based on my experience (if brown is indicative of worn fluid). There is a discussion about what fluids to use here...
I just tried the Valvoline Max Life. It performed real well but I couldn't take the smell coming into the car whenever I stopped. I did not spill any and it was not over filled. The smell seemed to be coming from the trans vent. Also, when I pulled the dipstick, a very powerful odor wafted out...
