Ditto, 22000 miles, front OEM blades still working fine but windsheild is Rain-X'd and orange fluid too. When the wear out I'll probably go to Rain-X blades. The rear setup never cleans properly, didn't on my CX-7 either but I could never find a better replacement :(

Mine still tells me without me asking on start up a lot that "voice control is not available in the country selected!" She's like having another backseat driver :(

As a diver that wouldn't work well in salt water, I once hid the fob on my trailer hitch like I did with the CX-7 but that put it within the range of the sensor so anyone could have opened the liftgate. Now I take the key with me and leave the fob in the car in the foil bag the EZ-Pass came in.

Hopefully if anyone makes a red/amber switchback they do it right. When I installed white/amber 1034 switchbacks on the front I expected them to be white parking and amber turn, they're not, they are bass akwards :(

I use to work for a dealer that charged $5 to explain anything that was covered in the owners manual, it was amazing how many would hand over the $5 including tow truck drivers and mechanics

So far I have been happy with the OEM blades, I do Rain-X the windshield but we haven't had that much wet snow this year. On my CX-7 I went to Rain-X blades and I'll do that with this car soon. I wish there was an better option for the rear blade but I have yet to find a quality insert that length.

Mine has dropped from 29.7 to 29.4. The last tank full with a lot of cold and 4 snowfalls was 27 :(

That's what I wanted too, the CX-5 was my second choice :(

The size doesn't bother me, what does is it's hard to read at dusk and dawn when the headlights are on and the screen dims.

Before I bought my previous Mazda, a CX-7 I wanted a SAAB 92-X Aero which is basicly a Subaru WRX with a SAAB grille but my divebuddy had a Forester and I was always chasing rattles on her car and co-workers with Subaru's told me the same thing, after 50k miles things start to fall apart.

My dealer was pushing for a 20k service also,I didn't see anything in the manual that needed doing that I haven't done. They didn't mention the price but I can imagine since they charge $99 for the "free" oil change.

Good luck with a Hyundai, my daughter had one, lots of electrical issues, windows, sunroof, A/C stopped working, airbag warning lights coming on, it reminded me of an English car and the dealers were all a bunch of weasels, the warranty wasn't worth the paper it was written on! I used to sell fog/driving lights for a living, test showed that yellow was just a fashion statement, no better at cutting thru the fog. Why HID over halogen? Are you trying to burn the fog off :) I would think HID would add too much blue and UV to the yellow and you would end up with green fog...

Was more of an issue on my CX-7 than my CX-5 but yes cracking a front window cures it :)

Back when I worked for Chevy our grease monkey did that on my Corvair, while it drained he went for coffee, got distracked put in new oil but not a new filter :( Besides needing a small filter wrench you'll need an 8mm Allen wrench for the drain plug.

I want #2 on the list :)

I tried the creeping thing too and thought it was turned off until I pulled front in to a parking spot with an overhanging branch. The brakes applied and scared the crap out of me, I thought I'd run over something!
