I've liked them pretty fine too. I'm over 50K miles but use separate Winter tires for like 4 months a year. I did notice the season before last that they had gotten louder and poorer traction in wet. But then last season they seemed fine. And they're back on again as of Sunday.
Why are you advising OP to use the Severe schedule? Because its 10K miles and the previous one was presumably done at 5K?
The default interval is 7500 miles.
The Acura dealer got me covered half of my transmission replacement that occurred just outside of their extended warranty. I think it was within the mileage, but a few months outside the time or something.
So it was $2K instead of $4K, I wasn't happy because it was a Honda, at least back then...
I only rotate my tires when I change from winter to general each year. I figure the winter tires will degrade from age before the tread is gone, and the general are the reviled stock tires. If I have to replace them one season early, no big deal.
Odds are I'll buy a new car before my 3rd...
There are 2 other Discount Tires in the area, one of which doesn't charge sales tax. I may give them a try. I see the other sources, and was prepared to use them as price match. It's (usually) much more convenient to use Discount Tire.
The local one is right on my way home, others 20-30...
Discount Tire now lists Radar as a vendor, carries Dimax, but don't list this size. I stopped in this morning and they said they cannot order them. No SKU for that size.
WTF. They said they could sell me other tires, I said no thanks.
Is that version independent of Mazda model?
Unlike OP, I wasn't able to find the download in a minute. Unfortunately it isn't obvious to me how to distinguish a clean and valid file, from zipped malware :(
I assume it is so, after adding new oil, the oil will circulate and reach an equilibrium running condition, so that after it will drain into the pan the same way it normally does after successive uses.
We do not know that. For my 2018 the manual says, and I paraphrase from memory, 5 minutes - (or any amount of time more than that) - after warming up the engine then turning the car off.
That could be 5 minutes, or 2 days, after turning the car off.
I want a CX-5 that is PHEV, better Infotainment, higher towing capacity, look as good as CX-90 (I think the CX-60 is the worst looking recent Mazda).
I want play/pause function without going into a menu, preferably on the steering wheel.
I hope it isn't shorter than the CX-5, and don't want it...
