Sounds like you're experiencing fuel cut out.. Double check all intake and intercooler pipe connections are tight and free of cracks. A smoke machine is incredibly helpful.
Took a couple pics before I put the hood on. It's more or less ready for action, just need to find a new spot for my boost controller and install the water/meth system.

Anyone ever index their spark plugs before? It's supposed give a more complete and even burn across all cylinders by locating the ground strap away from the intake valves. These special washers will allow the ground strap to end up in the right spot when torqued to spec.
