It was a deal, $150 off 4 I think it was, it’s gone now. the vredestein get good reviews on tire rack, maybe check them out. I struggled to find a tire, either not available or too expensive. What I was after was longevity and quiet ride, performance was a little lower on the list. I think...
Eh, tire prices like everything else are out of control, can’t do much better than around $700 installed($150/tire). Tire rack, Costco, bjs, this was the best deal. It’s a few hundred more for other brands, like Michelin. These got good ratings/reviews so I went with them. ill report back on...
my son has 23k mikes on his 2018 yoko geolanders and they are done. Cracking in the grooves and worn down to the yellow area on my tire gauge. The car is not garaged so I expect the the elements to wear them out faster, but 23k miles is really poor. What utter crap tires. my 2019 cx5 with 27k...
Had similar concerns when I did first oil change not long ago. Manually says 4.5, but was registering low on the dip stick. Put in full 5 and that took it to mid point on dip stick. Figured I was good.
Where are the front and rear lift points? Ive never been comfortable having a car on 4 jack stands, mainly because I’ve never been comfortable with the jack points?
I know the jack stands go on the pinch welds, that’s not really an issue.
I think it’s somewhat relevant. Car goes in for fuel pump replacement, dealer comes back with long, expensive and unnecessary list of items that need immediate attention. Beware.
btw, fuel pump replacement took about an hour for them to compete. Car smelled a little like gas when we got it...
Wasn’t aware that the filters I bought were inferior. What’s the issue with them?
I went by what I saw in this thread (post 3, second pic).

I may not have been clear, I did the brake fluid and oil change myself so they would not have known. they tried to claim the oil maintenance minder said it needed to be done, yet it reads 7300 miles (I reset it to 7500 miles two weeks ago). No way they pulled an injector to determine if they...
Have our 18 cx5 in today for the recall. Dealer calls and provides a long list of services the car needs “immediately”
fuel injector service $240
brake fluid $125 (bs we did it last year)
drive belt - $280, car only has 22k miles, more bs. They sent a pic, looks fine.
alignment $125 - bs, car...
$1800 is pretty expensive for an extended warranty. I bought a Hondacare warranty for my 2019 pilot as my factory warranty was expiring. at the time, the pilot had 20k miles on the clock. Extension, which is by Honda, cost me $950 to extend an additional 5 years/80k miles. I’ll never hit 80k...
I bought this one back in April, very happy with it. They go on and off in 30 seconds. Accurate within 1-2 psi. Backlit Display, solar powered. price has gone up about $20 since I bought it. The display rests next to the infotainment screen.
Tymate Tire Pressure Monitoring System - M7-3...
Not 100% sure, but I think you might need the TLX version of the quick jack Due to length. I had been looking at the quick jack, but couldn’tpull the trigger based on the type of work I typically do (fluid changes, brakes, etc), stuff you can easily do with a jack and a couple of stands or some...
Same here on the tires, at 22k miles they wouldn’t change them even thought they were on the lower side. I’m not sure I’d want the dealer tires anyway, the toyos they put on are crap.
Recalls by law I believe have to be addressed to be cpo.
Pads and rotors they won’t do unless needed. most...
