The lawmakers here realized that emmision testing new and late model cars (which are already crammed full of federal gov't pollution controls) is a waste of time.
Also, how much fuel is wasted when thousands of cars are waiting in those long lines, how many job hours lost?

I pay $0 in "personal property" tax in TN.
Only a $9 yearly emission test (Which has been voted unecessary by state legislators and is going away) and a "Wheel Tax" of $50 a year, nothing else.
We have no state income tax either.
I found these for my 2018. When you say "have a connector" do you mean the connector comes in the wiper package or is purchased separately from Bosch? Thank you.
I got the lightest shade of Lumar for heat rejection. It works well for that.
However, I found the HUD had less contrast after Lumar was applied. Also, it adds a slight graininess or pixelation to many stronger light sources at night or glare during the day.
Oncoming headlights, tailights...
Don't be sad. The public obviously can't handle this tint thing on their own. NYC gov officials know what's best for you regarding window tints.
Still, it doesn't explain the dark window tint these same "officials" use when traveling in limos. /;-)
I think navigation can get squirrely in general. For me, it matters not about the platform.
For instance: There are times it sends me in circles. I don't figure that out until I'm "a circle and a half" in.
Once Gloria said (we name our nav voices) "your destination is on the left" I stopped...
I completely agree. I owned a redesigned 2013 Rav4 Limited and after an accident, ended up buying a CX-9. I was a lifetime Toyota driver. Now I realize the Rav4 was a "dependable POS."
The Toyota started up every morning and got me point A to point B with no issues. However, the cheap plastic...
Not sure about you having soy based wiring. Here's my experience on the subject of fuzzy, cute little chipmunks and squirrels.
Our daughter, who still lives with us, had her check engine light come on. Innocent enough. A critter had chewed into a small part of the gas tank and fuel line on her...
Does anybody know how the glue in these peel-n-stik dash kits holds up in warmer climates? Anybody nudge a piece in a really hot car? I'm guessing they've been thoroughly tested for heat resistance.
Used some Meguiar's Ultimate Compound to get clear coat scratches off the hood of the CX-9.
It works great.
It takes A LOT of energy to work the scratches out. At one point, I was leaning into it pretty heavy. It did no damage or hazing to the clear coat at all.
The deepest scratch...
Even if Mazda adds a pano roof I can't imagine it'll be anytime soon. This would take a redesign and testing. There's no telling when that might be. Those that want it might be waiting a while. Still, it would be nice of Mazda to offer the option.
I'd like to hear more about that.
The first couple months I owned mine I rarely had this issue but I did. It was intermittant to the point I thought I might be imagining it thinking it was the road surface.
Again, when it did happen, it was rare.
There was one instance where the passenger...
A pano roof would certainly brighten up the shorter winter days. I like being around natural light as much as I can in the winter.
A Mazda rep told me that a pano roof can compromise body integrity that's why Mazda won't do it. Not sure if that's fact or bs. Please discuss.
