Try a reset in the settings menu. I am not familiar with the new infotainment but on my infotainment I can go into settings and reset to default some of the safety systems.
I've never seen that fault but I would start with a OBD scanner and see if you get anything. Sometimes you have faults even if you don't see a check engine light. I've bought a tuning software a while back and it comes with a computer software.

If you apply dielectric grease on the terminals before attaching the cables, you are making a mistake. The dielectric grease it's an insulator and it will prevent contact between the battery and the cables. If anything, you should apply the dielectric after you connect the cables.
