Im calling shenanigans on this man. I only have 35 miles on mine since the flash, turned the key to the on position, let sit for almost a minute and nothing happens. Is there some form of documentation on this? From Cobb? From the manual?

Switch to 5w40 and give that a go. I heard that can remedy the problem. I switched to it AFTER I had my turbo replaced, just to be safe!
Are you still running the stock clamps from the stock bpv on the new forge? Try replacing them with appropriate size hose clamps and see if this helps. Could be just enough leakage to generate this problem. I know when i installed my forge and used the stock hose clamps they would slide right...

Try the new eagle one rim stay clean stuff. Its a spary you put on after you clean the wheel. Goes on hazy but after about 10 minutes its clear. Suppose to keep the rims clean of brakedust. I havent had a chance to apply mine yet. Just read the bottle. Ill let ya know when i use it.
Is it pretty loud? Im at work so I cant hear the soundbites. I have wierd vibrating noise coming from my rear end. I pulled the ebrake up one click to disengage the AWD and it goes away. Mine is like a pulsing noise once I get around 50 or 60 mph.
