Yes, every design is a compromise esp AW Tires...I was actually looking at the Michelin Defender LTX M/S, my first choice, however it wasn't readily available for installation. The BStone Dueler Alenza Plus (second choice) was in stock and with 70K mileage to boot. We don't get the kind of...
After 3 months of driving on OEM Bridgestone Ecopia 422's. I decided this tire was not very good in inclement weather esp., snow, so I bit the bullet ($1K) and bought new AW Bridgestone DUELER H/L ALENZA PLUS 20" Tires, based on customer reviews. I was choosing between these and the Michelin...
Didn't have much confidence in the Bridgestone Ecopia 422's, so I switched to All Weather Bridgestone DUELER H/L ALENZA PLUS after 3 months of ownership. Thus far they feel much tighter on the road, I haven't had a chance to test in the rain or snow yet, but they can't be worse than the...
Well that's not good, since I have the Ecopias on my CX-9 Sig...Looks like I need to replace them by next year. Thinking of 20" All Season Contis or Michelin's, another 1K sigh. Thoughts anyone?
Peace and blessings,

Interestingly enough, my wife and I went thru a deluge on our way to and back from Annapolis. I drove to Annapolis and she drove back, while we saw some cars pulled off to the side, we both felt the our Bridgestone Ecopia tires held up quite well. We didn't experience any hydroplaning or...
My son turned me on to the Mazda CX-9...He said Dad just drive it a least. So I did, drove the CX-9 Signature...I test drove the Pilot, GMC, Highlander, Explorer and a few others and I kept coming back to the CX-9 Signature with it's beautiful Auburn interior. Driven in torrential downpours...
Ok I was provided two options by the dealer, approx 1 month ago for my 2018 CX-9 sig:
1). App Based remote start, requiring a subscription, but I heard it wasn't ready for prime time (buggy). No additional FOB required.
2). After market remote, this was recommended, but required an additional...
Shift your HUD display setting to the right or left that should help with polarized glasses. You can also shift your head position.

Hello sm1ke,
I had it professionally mounted, the Bose OEM subwoofers were bypassed to prevent acoustical issues, i.e. sound wave cancellations. Pics forthcoming.

I concur, I'm always washing via car wash, but I knew that going in...I'm going to throw another wax/polish before the winter gets too harsh. On a secondary, I am blessed that my Sig is garage kept for the most part.
Peace and blessings,
Azeke
Ok here's what I've done to my CX-9 Sig:
1). OEM CX-9 Hood Deflector
2). Center Console Tray by Beautost
3). ACP/AA Upgraded via dealer
4) JL Audio 12" Micro - Subwoofer - less expensive than upgrading speakers, great addition
5). Wind Deflectors - coming soon
6). No Drill Accelerator...
I became obsessed with the black one (of course I'm already biased towards that color). I get many compliments about my 2018 Black CX-9 Sig, more towards the interior than the exterior, go figure.
Peace and blessings,
Azeke
