My tire inflation was ~45psi when I received delivery of the car in October 2018. I deflated the tires to 35psi, as per the plate recommendations, which made the ride much more comfortably. I*m thinking of bumping the psi to 37-38. Thoughts anyone?

No not yet jjhebigscreen still like the City +2 mode. That*s my next mode to try. I*m actually getting ready to tow a U Haul trailer for my daughter*s college move. I*ll need to figure a mode for that. Recommendations?

Thanks for the clarification azuzu. MPG has been affected since I*m running City +2, maybe 1 mpg less, however, I have floored it a few times just for fun, so that may affect the data. Here is a interesting write up that may provide better insight...
Generically, Sport mode, I believe changes the gear ratio and holds the gear at a higher rpm.
The PC simply changes the sensitivity of the accelerator/throttle response depending on the mode and level selected. Hope this helps.

I have the OEM cross rails, negotiated at time of sale including installation. I heard they were a bit problematic to install, therefore I will not be removing them anytime soon.

I am not lead of foot so I haven*t noticed any significant changes in mpg, but I*ll keep an eyeball on it. I*m sure if I changed to Sport or Sport plus mode it would affect my mpg more significantly.
Video, perhaps later, it*s difficult to do in my area since I*m in the city. I can tell you...
Found the mod instructions on line...The CX-9 has two nuts that anchor the accelerator to the floor http://www.mcx5.org/accelerator_pedal_removal_installation-1236.html
Gas mileage would depend on your driving habits and mode, however I haven't actually measured it.

Hello All,
I have installed the Pedal Commander 41 w/ BT on my 2018 Mazda CX-9 Signature. It is certainly a significant improvement over the OEM pedal accelerator. It improves the overall sensitivity of the accelerator pedal and I'm initially impressed with the response. Took aprox 15 min...
After much research, I received the PC and got it installed and mounted, took about 15min...Only had a few minutes to play with it, but experienced no issues with installation or Bluetooth configuration/operation. Thus far I like it, now I have to find the settings that work best, only tried...
Interesting points finch204, I will take them into account. Also, I believe the smart city braking feature would kick in, theoretically speaking.

This is one of the things I was leery of, however this does not plug into the OBD port, but is plugged directly into the accelarator pedal module... If I was plugging into the OBD port, I wouldn't of purchased it. Theoretically, it is not even detected via any codes.
Peace and blessings,
