I haven't driven the Malibu, but I have to say I like the exterior looks. The interior is okay, and I like the two-tone materials, but I'm just not a fan of Chevy's aqua lighting in the gauges. Looks cheap to me when so many premium automakers have gone to white.

I don't commute, but in the times I have been driving I've seen two new CX-5s... a SRC one driven by a guy probably in his 30's and a white one driven by a woman of a similar age. I notice them mostly because the front end with the squinty headlights and big Kodo grill stands out (in a good way).

I'm anal about keeping my cars clean. I keep a small microfiber wipe in the car and use it on the infotainment screen AND the piano black trim. No scratches and everything is dust-free.
