I get 550-625kms in my MSP in Calgary, and I warm my car up for 5 minutes when its cold. Try using the block heater when its really cold out, my car starts up like a summer day if I plug it in for 30 minutes before.

Im almost certain the stock msp setup allows camber adjustment but I could be wrong.
