Hello P5 guys, long time no see! :) Fish - I understand where you're coming from when you say you want an easy riding/driving car. I couldn't believe how amazing the P5 felt when I brought it back to stock. I think a stock P5 with an MP3 ECU would be a fun daily driver.

Well I decided that shampooing them would be a bad idea, so I'm gonna let them sit in the sun all day and then shampoo them next week after they are a little more broken in.

So, tomorrow I'll be renting a RugDoctor to shampoo these bad boys. I just hope the paint doesn't go away when I do so, but I doubt it will.

Yeah definitely. I wanted to get new floormats but this cheap fix will work for now. I also need to do a portion of my seatbelts because the part that is always exposed is also very badly damaged.

No no, the bolt that HOLDS the tophat but threads onto the strut piston thread broke off and stripped.

Well, I have HALF of my suspension on. We were finishing up one of the rear struts and the tophat bolt snapped off. I gotta get it re-threaded, will probably finish it on Saturday.

A roll bar is on the list, but not til way down the road. aMaff - I noticed a difference in handling, which is why I said that.
