I do not have the navigation in our CX-7, but I had read a previous post by someone who did that the nav has a calibration menu that can adjust the
navigation for different sized tires. This adjusts the navigation so that the
route instructions in miles are correct relative to vehicle speed.

Just wait till the CX-7 is on sale for a few month's in Europe. The factory Euro lights will be available as service parts which will be able to be imported.
This also applies to the mirror indicator lights. Several companies have imported Euro options for the RX-8 for sale here in the US.
