My TB does the same thing, imagine I'm living in the middle east where I only see sub 30 deg C temps during winter. It goes full blast even after just 2 to 3 mins from turning off... :D
What I observed is the spring rate and shocks are fine. It is the very stiff anti-sway bar which results in the slightly harsh ride, especially when both wheels are on uneven surface. Try hitting a speed bump slightly sideways and you will feel how harsh /stiff the sway bar is...can have all...

HIDs comes with a ballast and works well if used with a projector housing. Problem is projector housings are bulb specific, if it was designed with a halogen, it wont work well with an HID and vice versa.

The problem is peak torque arrives early (2k rpm) thus the it may cycle too much and affect its reliability.
