This is very late in the game, but just thought I'd post in case it helps others who find this thread. When the manual says "press and hold the front passenger's power window switch", it means the switch on the driver's door - not the switch on the passenger's door. That's what I was doing...

Hi, I have a 2016 CX-5 GT with navigation. I'm wondering if there's a way to "pause" navigation. For example, you're driving down the Interstate, with your destination city in the Nav. You decide to stop at a rest area. As soon as you take the exit to the rest area, the Nav system says "Route...
