Let them know it's a safety issue. If they can't properly diagnose and resolve, then you need to escalate and report it to NHTSA (assuming you're in the US)
Thanks! No symptoms really. It was done more as a preventive maintenance at 115k as you can see the rubber wasn't that bad. It was a relatively cheap part and I was able to save on shipping as I needed to get some other things too.

FWD should be much easier, but AWD requires lowering the subframe held by 8 bolts (4 on each side). You will also need to disconnect the end links from the swaybar held by a 14mm bolt.
To start, remove all the under trays...
Just changed my belt and tensioner also. Belt was easier but the tensioner required a lot of patience to maneuver it. Belt for the water pump was fine for me so I didn't change it
