You can replace the front sway bar without removing all the suspension but you need a hoist to do it . You need to lower the front cross member a couple of inches to get at the bolts that hold the bushing on . then you have to wiggle the sway bar out ,you install the new one the same way . It...

with the tube ,spray some WD-40 in first ,then work the key in and out ,you will have to do this a couple of times ,this will free up the tumblers in the lock and allow you to turn the lock ,Once you have the lock freed up use some white lithium grease in a spray and small tube to lube the lock...
