You're right, there were two ways to read that, but he did use the phrase, "ordered some coolant and stopped by Mazda today" which made me believe your second option is what he meant. I doubt he could have ordered and received the coolant on the same day, but anything is possible.

I have a 1980s home with a small one car garage. If I do not fold the mirrors in it is difficult to navigate around the side of the car, especially if I am carrying something. It's amazing how much room I gain by using that folding feature. Do I use it in parking lots and street parking? No.

Yes, that's the goal, but you do not need to take your eyes off the road to use the knob. It falls easily to the hand and becomes a very natural movement after a couple of times behind the wheel.

This must be so subtle as to be useless. I just tried to see the effect again this morning driving at dawn and thru sunrise. Headlights on, headlights off, daytime lights on, off. Nothing. The brightness and boldness of all of the speedo numbers were absolutely the same thru multiple speed zones...

I kept looking today from my neighborhood drive at 15-20 mph to the highway portion at 45-50 and during the downtown portion at 30mph. The speedo was always evenly and plainly lit at all times. Not sure why mine is different.
